Let us open our hearts and minds to the Word of God as we explore the depths of His unmerited favor. I. The Nature of Grace Grace, my dear friends, is a concept woven throughout the entire Bible. It is God's unconditional love and favor freely bestowed upon us, not because of anything we have done or could ever do, but solely because of His boundless and unfathomable love for us. Grace is the gift that stands at the heart of our salvation. Ephesians 2:8-9 reminds us: "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast."
